The charging port doesn't work. I had to use a screw in type charger, from another company, to get it charged. And as far as loading the chamber, I have no clue. This thing is an impossible piece of junk. But it looks pretty.

Great portable unit

I ordered three of the Stix Plus, These little units are awesome. Very usable, conserves liquid, easy to use. The only thing is one of the units the ceramic top is defective as I tried it on all three batteries and it doesn't work. I have reached out to Yocan but no response in a week.

Yocan Is The Only Brand I Trust

This is the only brand I can trust. It lasts a long time both battery wise and durability wise. With different settings and push button. I had to upgrade my stix to plus so I can use usb-c and it was worth it. I've had the original stix for over a year and it still works after daily use.
